Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is:
Damaged or defective on arrival
Incorrect (wrong size, colour, or product sent)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or preference
Incorrect size ordered
Shipping delays caused by couriers or customs
How to Request a Return
Email us at nokwandamsimang27@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product issue.
Once approved, we’ll give you return instructions.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
